back from yet another wild student party, blonde bombshell Goldilocks
decides to take a shortcut through the enchanted forest. All she really
wants is a nice hot bowl of porridge and somewhere to sleep off her
hangover - but something tells her that quaint little cottage isn't as
innocent as it seems...
Your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to help our fiesty heroine get her head down. On the way you'll meet a host of characters who seem to have strayed in from other fairytales. * Winner of the 2002 ADRIFT End of Year Competition * * Finalist, Best Individual PC, XYZZY Awards 2002 * Goldilocks is a FOX! was my first text adventure and was originally written with ADRIFT, though a TADS 2 version is underway. It is best described as a broad spoof of the fairy tale genre. I am particularly proud of the puzzles in this game, one or two of which are quite fiendish! You will need the ADRIFT Runner to play this game. "Very good (and very difficult!) adventure. I spent
quite a fair amount of time just wandering from place to place trying
things out before I figured out what I was supposed to be doing. A few
rough edges but nothing that damages playability. Highly recommended. Read the SPAG review of this game.
